Biogas must be
dried because water in liquid or vapor form will cause corrosion / cavitation /
Freezing in to Pipelines & Equipments where it is finally used. Also Low
Dew Point is primary requirement for CBG (Compressed Bio Gas) before filling it
in to cylinders. Desiccant Based Biogas Dryers must require to achieve
low dew point for CBG.
Our offered Heatless
Biogas Dryers are Desiccant based twin tower type Biogas Dryers.
Heatless Biogas Dryer is the simplest version of Desiccant based Biogas Dryer.
In our Heatless Biogas Dryer we are using Special Grade of Molecular Sieves as
a desiccant. In this dryer when one Tower is in Drying Cycle, at the same time
the second one is in Regeneration Cycle. This sequence repeat as per the set
time cycle.
Heatless Biogas Dryer is mainly used in CGB Plants, Sugar Industries, Breweries and wineries, Dehumidification of Landfill Gas, Waste Water Plants and many more.
